Raise3D Pro3 HS is a high-end professional 3D printer designed for industrial use where high performance, precision, and reliability are required. This model is an improved Pro3 Series version with integrated Hyper FFF® technology, allowing significant increases in printing speed and efficiency using complex technical and composite materials.

The improved motion control system with closed-loop stepper motors ensures more precise extruder control, stable operation at high speeds, and reduces the risk of printing errors. This enables the production of high-quality parts with minimal operator intervention.

Raise3D Pro3 HS is perfectly suited for various industrial tasks - functional prototypes, manufacturing tools and jigs & fixtures, small-batch production, and end-use parts. Due to compatibility with high-end composite materials such as PPA CF, PPA GF, PET CF, and PET GF, it is possible to produce strong, lightweight, and mechanically resistant parts.

The Raise3D Pro3 HS series supports 200–300 mm/s high-speed printing using Hyper Core high-quality composite materials and 100–150 mm/s printing speed using industrial composite materials. This allows meeting high user requirements for end-use applications, increasing both production efficiency and product quality.

Due to compatibility with these high-quality composite materials, printed parts maintain excellent performance characteristics even in the most demanding end-use applications.

Greater precision for industrial applications

The Pro3 HS series can print at a maximum speed of 500 mm/s and a standard speed of 300 mm/s. The motion control system features a closed-loop stepper motor that improves extruder motion control and ensures more precise high-speed printing without losing steps.

The new build platform ensures uniform magnetic adhesion, reducing the risk of model warping. The optimized shaft ensures better sealing and motion stability, while the robust all-metal frame guarantees smooth movement and precise positioning, resulting in high-quality prints.

Extended reliability and longevity

Designed for high-volume industrial printing applications, the Raise3D Pro3 HS series has been further optimized to increase reliability. The reinforced hot end and all-metal nozzle, together with the proven all-metal frame and dual-drive extruder, enable uninterrupted long-term production.
