About 3DCeram C1000 FLEXMATIC

C1000 FLEXMATIC is an industrial ceramic 3D printer designed for companies seeking efficient, repeatable, and cost-effective production of ceramic parts. The system is designed to easily integrate into semi-automated production lines, reducing manual labor requirements, process variations, and per-part production costs. The large 320 × 320 × 200 mm build volume allows production of both large parts and larger batches of small components.

The printer is equipped with the CERIA artificial intelligence system, which helps optimize the printing process, ensures stable operation, and simplifies equipment management. Automatic recycling of uncured ceramic material, cleaning functions, and a removable material reservoir enable increased production efficiency and reduced material waste. Due to its ease of operation, C1000 FLEXMATIC is suitable not only for experienced ceramic specialists but also for companies beginning to implement ceramic additive manufacturing technologies.

Support-free printing

Top-down stereolithography enables a technology that can print without supports. The vat moves downward while the part itself is grown from bottom to top. 3DCeram is capable of producing consistent parts with high precision and fine details.

Printing material feeding is performed using a cartridge that is simply refilled at the start of the printing cycle. The cartridge can be refilled during the printing cycle.

Frequently asked questions

The 3DCeram C1000 FLEXMATIC is an industrial ceramic 3D printer designed for high-quality ceramic component production, prototyping, and serial manufacturing. The system is designed for integration into semi-automated production lines.

The printer can be used with technical ceramics such as:

  • zirconia (ZrO₂);
  • aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃);
  • silicon nitride (Si₃N₄);
  • other specially adapted ceramic material formulations.

The print bed is 320 × 320 × 200 mm, making the system suitable for both larger parts and serial production of small components.

It uses top-down stereolithography (SLA) technology with a UV laser, enabling high precision and the production of ceramic parts with complex geometry.

Due to the technology used, in most cases printing can be done with minimal need for supports or without them entirely, reducing the amount of post-processing work required.

The system is designed to make it easier to start the printing process without requiring complex manual setup for each production cycle.
