About 3DCeram C101 EASY LAB

C101 EASY LAB is a professional SLA (laser stereolithography) ceramic 3D printer designed for scientific research, experimental development, and the creation of new materials and printing processes. Thanks to its open parameter system, users can freely adjust printing settings, optimize the process, and adapt the device to various scientific projects.

The printer is designed to be easy to use and readily accessible to various users. High-quality mechanical and optical components ensure precise ceramic part printing, while the ability to start work using just 60 ml of ceramic material or only 10 ml with the SAM (Small Amount of Material) system allows for significant reduction in expensive material consumption during testing. Cartridges with capacities of 180 ml, 360 ml, 600 ml, and 920 ml are also supported, making the printer easily adaptable to both small experiments and longer research projects.

Support-free printing

Top-down stereolithography enables a technology that can print without supports. The vat moves downward while the part itself is grown from bottom to top. 3DCeram is capable of producing consistent parts with high precision and fine details.

Printing material feeding is performed using a cartridge that is simply filled at the beginning of the printing cycle. The cartridge can be refilled during the printing cycle.

Frequently asked questions

C101 EASY LAB is a professional ceramic 3D printer using laser stereolithography (SLA) technology. It is designed for research centers, universities, and laboratories that need the ability to create and optimize their own ceramic 3D printing processes.

C101 EASY LAB uses SLA (Stereolithography) technology with a 405 nm UV laser, which enables the production of highly precise ceramic parts with fine geometric shapes and high surface quality.

The printer supports various technical ceramics, including:

  • Zirconia (Zirconium Oxide)
  • Alumina (Aluminum Oxide)
  • Silicon Nitride

It is also possible to create and test new ceramic suspensions using open printing parameters.

The maximum print volume is 100 × 100 × 150 mm. A smaller platform (60 × 60 × 150 mm) is also available for even more efficient material usage during research.

Yes. Due to the top-down stereolithography technology, in most cases it is possible to print without support structures, which helps produce precise parts and reduces the need for additional post-processing.
