Smart build platform for automated workflow

The automated system records and scans the corresponding parameters for the entire printing, washing, and curing workflow, reducing the need for tedious manual operations.

Industrial-grade optical design

Industrial-grade optical components include Texas Instruments' first industrial-grade DMD chip, high-transparency nFEP film, and optical glass manufactured by Germany's Schott.

They are used throughout the optical path design system to reduce losses, eliminate dispersion, and ensure sharp layer reproduction.

Software that simplifies

ideaMaker software has been enhanced with new features for use with the Raise3D DF2 printer to reduce the learning curve, expand design capabilities, and improve DLP printing success rates.

  • Grayscale leveling
  • Auto support
  • Auto orientation
  • Auto cross-section analysis
  • Contour compensation
  • Suction detection
  • Hollow shell creation
  • Drainage hole
  • Texture generation
  • Reduced G-code size

Magic Layout function at your fingertips

The high-performance 10.25" touch screen allows instant file modifications without returning to slicing software.

Magic Layout allows easy adjustment of print layout and print duplication.

Automatic pre-print check verifies all working conditions, including resin type, build platform installation, feeding station installation, resin level, etc.

Air-Peel eases the burden

Air-Peel technology, used between the resin vat bottom and ultra-clear glass, reduces separation force from 50 kilograms to 10 kilograms, effectively helping to separate each layer and ensuring successful printing results.

Heavy-duty Z-axis

The Z-axis features a 200 kg maximum load, high movement precision, and no overlapping (shifted) layers. This ensures stability when printing large parts and during long-term use.

Simplified resin management

Automatic resin refilling, ultrasonic liquid level monitoring, and auxiliary resin tank management to reduce contact with uncured resin.

The DF Wash washing system simplifies the solvent removal process with automatic drainage and an easily controlled automatic pump.
