About Raise3D Premium TPU-95A

Raise3D Premium TPU-95A is a professional thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU-95A) 3D printing filament designed for producing flexible, elastic, and durable parts. This material features rubber-like elasticity, good impact resistance, wear resistance, and a pleasant soft surface.

TPU-95A is an excellent choice for manufacturing parts that require flexibility, cushioning, and deformation resistance. Due to its properties, this material is widely used in producing gaskets, tubing, bushings, sole elements, protective parts, and other functional components.

The integrated tag allows compatible Raise3D Pro3 HS series 3D printers to automatically recognize the filament type and verify recommended printing parameters. The filament can also be used with other compatible Raise3D 3D printers.

Data obtained using a freshly opened filament spool.

Note: During printing, the filament may absorb more moisture from the environment, so using a filament dryer is recommended.

Before printing, especially when using Hyper FFF™ L1 high-speed printing profiles, it is recommended to dry the filament at 70 °C for at least 10 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

TPU-95A features rubber-like elasticity, flexibility, and wear resistance. This material allows printing of parts that require flexibility, cushioning, and resistance to deformation.

TPU-95A indicates the material's hardness according to the Shore A scale. 95A hardness provides a good balance between flexibility, strength, and wear resistance.

The recommended nozzle temperature is approximately 200–220 °C, and the print bed temperature is 25–50 °C.

It is recommended to store the filament in a dry place, in its original packaging or in an airtight container with a desiccant to maintain optimal printing quality.
