Engineering and Manufacturing Solutions
SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) technology was employed for training and practical project implementation, ensuring high printing precision and mechanical strength of manufactured parts:
Real Engineering Projects: Students design and print functional components themselves – from unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) camera stabilization mechanisms (gimbals) to specialized longboard wheel hubs.
Complete Manufacturing Cycle: SLS technology allows students to practically complete all stages of digital manufacturing: from initial concept and CAD design to final physical product production.
Functional Components: SLS printing produces complex-geometry parts that do not require additional support structures and can be immediately used in working prototypes.
