3DXTECH Filaments

3DXTECH is a 3D printing filament company located in Grand Rapids Michigan (USA). They manufacture the plastic filaments used by FDM 3D printers to create physical objects from digital files. 3DXTECH focus is more towards the higher-end engineering and professional market rather than the hobbyist maker scene.
 
The most important parts of their product portfolio are the very high-performance plastics used in aerospace, manufacturing, and similar cutting-edge fields. 3DXTECH probably is best known for their range of carbon fiber reinforced filaments.
ezPC (Polycarbonate)

ASA
3DXMAX® ASA is an excellent choice for printing production or prototype parts. This material is more durable than ABS, has lower gloss, and has the added benefit of being UV-stable for exterior applications.

Firewire® ABS-FR
Flame Retardant ABS-FR is a premium UL94 V-0 rated ABS that allows for printing of functional prototypes and production parts. This material is ideal for printing electrical housings, connectors, or any part that requires thermal properties [up to 95°C] and flame retardant ABS characteristics.

OBC Polyethylene
 

Evolv3D™ OBC (Olefin Block Copolymer) is an engineering-grade polyethylene copolymer. OBC is the state-of-the-art in polyethylene 3D printing and eliminates many of the problems associated with printing polypropylene-based materials.

ULTEM 9085

ThermaX™ PEI 9085 is a premium filament made using ULTEM™ 9085 resin from Sabic. This resin is FAA-approved for FST applications (Flame/Smoke/Toxicity) and meets FAR 25.853 and OSU 65/65 standards.

ABS-CF

Made using 15% High-Modulus Carbon Fiber (not carbon powder or milled carbon fiber).

PA12 absorbs much less moisture than PA6-based materials and has superior retention of mechanical properties after exposure to humid environments.

CarbonX™ PEI+CF Made Using Ultem 1010 is made using Sabic Ultem™ 1010 PEI [Polyether Imide] and 10% high-modulus carbon fiber. This is an ultra-performance material that is an ideal choice for applications that require superior thermal, chemical, and mechanical properties as well as excellent dimensional stability.

Carbon Fiber PEKK-C

CarbonX™ CF PEKK-C Ultra Polymer is made using Arkema Kepstan® PEKK-C [70/30 copolymer] and 10% Toray® Aerospace-Grade T800 Chopped Carbon Fiber. This compound was originally formulated for our aerospace clients and is now available for all customers. Toray T800 Aerospace-grade Carbon Fiber offers excellent strength and stiffness with uncompromising thermal, mechanical, and chemical resistance.

ESD-PLA

Nylon-GF30

FibreX™ PA6+GF30 glass fiber reinforced nylon copolymer is an engineering-grade material that has excellent mechanical and thermal properties [HDT of 170°C] while offering ease of printing in a wide array of desktop printers. AquaTek™ X1 Advanced USM

AquaTek™ X1 Advanced USM [Universal Support Material] is an advanced water-soluble support filament that was formulated specifically for printing complex parts. This material is compatible with the widest variety of model materials [PLA, ABS, NYLON, Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, and more!] and then it safely washes away in warm water so you don’t destroy your part removing the support.

This support adheres well to these advanced materials and then is broken away after printing to allow for complex geometry without damaging your part.
