ABS Flex White

ABS Flex White is an ideal solution for a wide variety of applications including snap-fit items and assembly applications which require some elasticity. It is a tough material, suitable for high quality prototypes as well as stable enough for production-quality end use parts. ABS Flex White is ideal for any application which requires a material capable of holding high stress and force.

ABS Tough

ABS Hi-Impact

E-Rigid Form

E-Rigid Form is a polyurethane-like resin that 3D prints strong, hard and stiff parts that can be used for prototypes and end use.

E-Rigid PU

E-Rigid PU is a polyurethane-like resin that 3D prints end-use and prototype parts that compete with injection molded plastics. Available in black, natural and white, E-Rigid PU is hard and stiff but also maintains good strength, marked by flexibility and impact resistance.

E-Glass 2.0

HTM 140 V2

HTM140 High Temperature Mould Material dramatically changes 3D printing capabilities for manufacturers. High definition parts printed in HTM140 can be directly vulcanized in rubber, eliminating the need for a metal master. It can also be used in a variety of applications that require thermal resistance such as items to be metallized or tested for high temperature gas and liquid applications. To add to its versatility, another use is for making tools for small run injection moulding.

LS600

LS600 is for use in producing very accurate parts with high feature detail. With added stability and surface quality, this material produces parts with high impact resistance similar to thermoplastics. Tough, complex parts can be built with a superb surface quality compared with competing technologies.
 
Applications: Functional end-use performance and prototypes, snap fit designs, impellers, duct work, connector and electronic covers, automotive housings and dashboard assemblies, packaging applications, and consumer sporting goods.

Q-View

Q-View resin is ideal for providing fast design verification models. This exciting material is capable of impressive print speeds for the full build envelope. It can also be used as a pattern when built in high resolution to make a silicone mould.

Photosilver

Photosilver material is a ceramic filled photopolymer material. Photosilver produces highly detailed parts with crisp features. The high temperature resistance allows for the production of vulcanized rubber mouldswithout breaking or melting the master pattern.

Casting Resins

Easy Cast 2.0 C

Easy Cast 2.0 C is a breakthrough material for the high-speed printing of a castable models. Easy Cast 2.0 C was developed for printing exclusively on EnvisionTEC’s patented cDLM printers. Because cDLM technology has almost zero separation forces during printing, it allows for 90% liquid wax content in the formulation. Consequently, patterns printed in Easy Cast 2.0 C feature burnout similar to injection wax.

EC3000

With a 55% wax content material, including both liquid and and powder wax, EC3000 is the highest wax material EnvisionTEC offers for printing on its non-continuous DLP printers.
EC3000 delivers exceptionally crisp detail and a smooth surface finish, along with the clean burnout that delivers foolproof casting with standard investments.

WIC100 Series

WIC100 delivers quality detail and printing speeds, along with a standard wax burn-out cycle with regular gypsum investment.

EC500

EC500 is recommended for heavier jewelry pieces up to 20 grams finish weight. With 20% wax content, EC500 is the highest resolution and crispest lost wax casting material without sacrificing the speed of higher plastic materials.

E-Tool 2.0

E-Tool 2.0 is filled with Barium Borosilicate Glass, known for its heat and chemical resistance, to deliver injection moulds that can withstand high heat and pressure. E-Tool 2.0 moulds are successfully used for injection moulding of Polypropylene and Polyethylene.

E-Mould provides a new solution for injection moulding. E-OrthoShape

OrthoShape is a grey ABS-like material that prints in 100 micron layers.  It is recommended for the affordable volume production of models on which to produce clear thermoformed aligners by orthodontic professionals.

E-Shell 300 Series
